The Paunsaugunt Wildlife Museum is nestled in one of the most scenic areas in the country. Located near Bryce Canyon National Park our exhibits focus on the wildlife that lives in the park and surrounding area. However, there are many exhibits of animals from all over the world. In addition to featuring wildlife exhibits, we also have artifacts from ancient Indians – like the Anasazi and Piute – that lived in the area. Our exhibits are excellent resources for learning about natural history and wildlife.

The Paunsaugunt Wildlife Museum also serves as a great hub for day trips since it is centrally located near Bryce Canyon National Park, Kodachrome State Park, and the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument. This region is so scenic that Byway 12 is considered one of the best roadways to drive by Car and Driver magazine. Come and check out this incredible area and museum for a wildlife adventure you won’t forget.
